What is this journey?
This is a six-week, one-to-one support container for people grieving the loss of a pet.
It isn’t a program to complete.
It isn’t therapy.
There’s no timeline and no expectation to “heal” in a certain way.
We meet weekly over Zoom for 75–90 minutes across six weeks.
Each session offers steady space for what you’re carrying, with grounded support depending on where you are at.
This work is about being supported — not fixed.
Who is this for?
This journey may be right for you if:
- You’re grieving the loss of a pet — recently or long ago — and it still feels heavy
• You’ve stopped talking about it because people don’t really understand
• You’re holding guilt, regret, or unanswered questions
• You want support that meets you directly in your grief
• You want consistent care over time
How is this different from a single session?
A single session offers one supportive space to pause and be witnessed.
The 6-week journey offers continuity.
Instead of holding everything alone between sessions, you’re supported week by week as your grief unfolds.
That steadiness is where much of the shift happens.
What’s included?
- Six weekly 75–90 minute private Zoom sessions
• Optional email support between sessions
• Optional brief reflections after sessions
• An optional Week Six reflection or acknowledgement
• Access to follow-up sessions after completing the journey
What kind of support might be offered?
Each session is guided by what feels steady and appropriate for you.
Support may include:
- Emotional witnessing without pressure or fixing
• Working gently with guilt, self-blame, or unresolved beliefs about what happened
• Exploring different perspectives when you feel stuck in one narrative
• Nervous system grounding when grief feels overwhelming
• Compassion-based inner work
• Reflection prompts or letter-writing
• Simple acknowledgement or ritual, if meaningful to you
Sometimes the work is quiet and steady.
Sometimes we gently untangle deeper patterns that grief has surfaced.
Everything is optional. Nothing is imposed.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis care.
If you’re in crisis, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can understand where you’re at.
Once completed, I’ll email to confirm session details and provide your Zoom link.
Sessions are held in Melbourne (Australia) time.
How much does it cost?
The full six-week journey is AUD $777.
This includes all sessions and any support offered within the container. Payment options below.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. If eligible, flexible payment options including Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal (all available at checkout), or pay in full — so you can choose what feels most supportive for you.
Can I email between sessions?
Yes, if something feels particularly heavy.
To keep this sustainable and clear:
- I respond within 1–2 business days
• Email support is brief and grounding
• It is not session-level support or crisis care
Email is the only way to contact me outside of sessions.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please email at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, except in genuine emergency.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to exit early, reach out. Refunds are not guaranteed once the journey has begun.
Can I continue after six weeks?
Yes.
Some people feel complete after six weeks. For some, the loss opens something deeper — a shift in identity, meaning, or how they carry the bond.
Clients who complete the 6-week journey have access to returning client sessions at AUD$222, available whenever additional support feels needed.
There is no obligation to continue.
What boundaries are in place?
This space is held with care and mutual respect.
That means:
- Showing up on time or communicating changes appropriately
• Understanding this is grief support, not therapy or crisis care
• Communicating via email outside of sessions
• Full payment before the journey begins
• Engaging respectfully at all times
If behaviour becomes abusive or aggressive, I reserve the right to end the container.
These boundaries protect the steadiness and integrity of the space.
